You know that little live chat window that pops up when you’re in the program so you can get answers to your questions right away? Shannon is one of the non-robots responding to you in real time.

What do you like best about your job?
Every day is different than the last. I love that I am constantly learning something new! I chat with clients from all over the country. It’s such a great feeling to know at the end of the chat that I have helped answer someone’s questions and perhaps even taught them something new.
How do you like to spend your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as teaching fitness classes at the gym.
What is the most interesting place you’ve ever traveled?
The most interesting place I have travelled is any place I have gone in Europe. I am in awe of the architecture there!
If you could have a super power, what would it be?
Omnilingualism is the ability to understand any form of language. Because I love to travel. If I had this superpower, I could travel around the world and never worry about a language barrier.
What is your favorite movie of all time and why?
I love movies! But I would say my favorite current movie is The Greatest Showman. I enjoyed the amazing songs and wonderful storyline. It’s a movie I could watch over and over!
What is one thing on your bucket list?
I have a list of places that I would still love to travel to, and Australia is at the top of the list.
What is your favorite food?
My favorite food is sushi.
If you could have dinner with anyone, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
There are several people I might choose, but one I’m thinking about today would be Oprah. She’s constantly learning, always asking questions, always looking at something in a new way.
What is your life motto?
I have two:
If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.
And, if you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change the way you think about it.
