What is the difference between Breeze & Breeze Premier?
Breeze is often ideal for smaller residential or commercial operators who want basic marketing (residential), leasing, accounting and operations.
Breeze Premier is a more powerful version of Breeze. It’s ideal for small to mid-sized operators looking for more functionality and flexibility. It’s still easy to use and an all-in-one property management platform like Breeze. However, it provides a more robust feature set, more ways to customize the platform and more add-ons to extend the platform based on your unique needs.
Plenty of similarities
For both platforms, we offer free implementation and training, plus expert live chat support, phone and email support, a built-in online help center and more to get you up and running.
For every market we support, there are $0 ACH fees for rent payments (under a designated payment amount).
Residential pricing
Breeze for residential starts at $1 per unit per month with a $100 monthly minimum.
Breeze Premier for residential is also $1 per unit per month with a $400 monthly minimum. This deal only applies if you bundle Breeze Premier with our resident screening and renters insurance solutions with a 12-month contract.
Otherwise, Breeze Premier stands at $2 per unit per month with a $400 monthly minimum.
Commercial pricing
Breeze for commercial starts at $2 per unit per month with a $200 monthly minimum.
Breeze Premier for commercial pricing is a little nuanced. We are happy to discuss with you, just contact us for more information.
Condo & homeowner association (HOA) pricing
Yardi Breeze Premier for associations starts at $1 per unit per month with a $400 monthly minimum.
Self storage pricing
Breeze Premier for self storage also requires a conversation to determine the right pricing for you.
