We’re excited to highlight some notable updates to Yardi Breeze and Yardi Breeze Premier. Let’s jump in!
Yardi Breeze updates
- Additional notes for monthly report emails: Allows users to add custom notes to monthly report packet emails, appearing after pre-set verbiage in the email template.
- Inspections: Photos exceeding five megabytes can now be added, and all inspection photos can be opened in full-screen mode.
- Transaction registers and receipts report: Now shows the payment method used for each receipt.
Yardi Breeze Premier updates
Breeze Premier enhancements include all Breeze updates plus everything listed below. The following list applies to residential, commercial, self storage, HOA/association and manufactured housing property types.
- Bank account integration: Daily transactions from bank accounts are displayed for easier matching and reconciliation. This allows for automatic matching and easier management of unmatched transactions.
- Credit card reconciliation: Enables recording of credit card transactions outside the system, specifying the credit card vendor and reconciliation through a new AP feature.
- Scheduled report packets and mass emails: Allows scheduling of report packets to owners and scheduling of mass emails to tenants, owners, vendors and prospects at specific times and dates.
- New York rent control (where applicable): Updated for the New York Good Cause Eviction Law. During apartment registration, users will find updates to lease renewal forms and new regulatory agreement fields.
