Something incredible happened last week. At REfresh Virtual 2025, our free annual user conference for Breeze and Breeze Premier users in the U.S. and Canada, we reached over 4,400 active users — about 1,000 more than last year! Not to mention, our clients were more engaged and active on our chat walls than ever. Over 2,000 chats were posted during the two-day conference.
Thank you to everyone who attended. You helped make this the best REfresh Virtual yet. Let’s do a quick recap of the event, then look ahead to REfresh Live, September 2025. This will be our first in-person event for Breeze Premier users in the U.S. and Canada.
REfresh Virtual 2025 highlights
- Record-breaking number of attendees
- There were over 100 on-demand classes offered
- Live chat was available with Yardi experts and peers from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EDT
- We gave away over $6,000 in prizes during the conference
- 15 new Breeze Ambassadors joined the 400+ Breeze Ambassador community
- Over 900 class surveys rated the instructors’ ability and course content an average of 4.5/5 or higher
- New features announced: Smart AP, RentCafe Living

Now onto REfresh Live!
From September 3-4, 2025, we’re welcoming all Breeze Premier clients to San Diego for REfresh Live. This will be our first in-person user conference for Breeze Premier clients, and we can’t wait to share more information with you in the weeks ahead. REfresh Live will be hosted at the Hard Rock San Diego. Attendees will enjoy an exclusive Yardi party at the Rady Shell and a chance to hear from Yardi’s top leadership, in addition to two days’ worth of groundbreaking education. We hope you can attend. More into to come soon!
